   Excelsior Toy Fox Terriers is a small breeding and show kennel, breeding one litter per year.

This gives us the time and means to place each puppy in a home that best suits that puppy as an individual. Our goal in our breeding program is to better Toy Fox Terrier as a breed, both structurally and mentally.
